About this ebook

Instant Wall Street Journal Bestseller!

You don't need to be Ivy League educated, have money, be creative, or even have an idea to get rich. You just need to be willing to break the rules.

At nineteen, I founded a software company with $119 in my bank account. Five years later, it was valued at $10.5 million. I don't consider myself exceptionally brilliant. I just realized something few people know: You don't need lots of money or an original idea to get really rich.

Now, I make more than $100,000 in passive income every month, while also running my own private equity firm and hosting The Top Entrepreneurs podcast, which has more than 10 million downloads. This book will show you how I went from college dropout to member of the New Rich. And I'm holding nothing back. You'll see my tax returns, my profit and loss statements, my email negotiations when buying and selling companies.

It's time to forget your grandfather's advice. I'll teach you how to be a modern opportunist--investor, entrepreneur, or side hustler--by breaking these four golden rules of the old guard:

1.Focus on one skill: Wrong. Don't cultivate one great skill to get ahead. In today's business world, success goes to the multitaskers.
2.Be unique: Wrong. The way to get rich is not by launching a new idea but by aggressively copying others and then adding your own twist.
3.Focus on one goal: Wrong. Focus instead on creating a system to produce the outcome you want, not just once, but over and over again.
4.Appeal to the masses: Wrong. The masses are broke ($4k average net worth in America?). Let others cut a trail through the jungle so you can peacefully walk in and capitalize on their hard work.

By rejecting these defunct rules and following my unconventional path, you can copy other people's ideas shamelessly, bootstrap a start-up with almost no funding, invest in small local businesses for huge payoffs, and reap all the benefits.

I don't tend to finish many books that I begin to read, but this one had me enticed from start to finish and I did it all in one day. Once I finished this book I immediately emailed a ton of people to get a few business ventures started. This book shows you all the tips and tricks neccessary to allow you to succeed. I would recommend this book to anyone who is looking for financial freedom.

There are a lot of entrepreneur gurus out there, like the Gary V's, Tai Lopez's, etc. These guys are great, but I can attest that Nathan has positioned himself to cut through the noise - while raising the bar through his transparent display of his tax returns, templates, and tested venture ideas. This book is a manifestation of his actual lifestyle and business acumen, as I have had the opportunity to sit front row to observe him in action. He is a business magician that's willing to give away his tricks and tips. Pick up this book if you want a cheat sheet. This book is set up for you to use as soon as you pick up. Do not expect a normal format - be prepared to be challenged!

Very impressed with the information given in this book. There is a ton of information in here that is tactical, pragmatic and useful - which came to me at a perfect time. These tactics will not always be useful once the general public is aware of them so you should get it now! I am oftentimes finding out about and reading a book years after its release and they are somewhat outdated so I vowed to never fall behind and to always pick up books much more current which led me to discover this one. It covers multiple aspects of topics that I'm interested in such as real estate, social media and how to leverage it better, and the different angles of getting into a business that make more sense to me now. Anybody can follow these tips and implement them. Really digging the book - only "downside" is that I'll probably have to read it over at least a few times since there are tons of helpful tools and websites that are listed inside. Lets get it 2019!!!
