Any Dr Who story should be fun. Nick Harkaway understands that. Also understands the character of the 10th doctor and makes him come alive. As good as any of the best episodes. And, if you want to read something even better, read one of Nick Harkaway other novels.

Just brilliant felt like the Tenth Doctor was back and just the story well it kept you wondering and guessing till the end, which still had you wondering and guessing.

Lovely read, true to Dr Who character, beautiful use of words and imagination!

Nick Harkaway is the author of The Gone-Away World and Angelmaker, and of an even better and more exciting novel whose name will probably end up being Tigerman, or possibly Man, Island, Boy. Contrary to what you may have heard, the title really is the hard part. When he's not writing, he spends his time being the husband of a brilliant lawyer and the dad of two small children who are secretly bent on world domination.
