About this ebook

I was done with games. But playing with her is so much fun.

Ten years ago, I was all set to compete in the winter Olympics. Then I lost everything—my career, my best friend, and my girlfriend.

After that, I stopped playing games for good. I swore never to go back to Colorado. Too many bad memories. Plus, she’s still there.

Now I live a simple life as a creative director at Shimura Advertising in New York. All is good, until my boss cons me and my coworkers into spending two weeks in Colorado at Proton Sports’s sleep-away camp for adults, pitching their business. Turns out Proton’s idea of a pitch is making the agencies battle each other in a bunch of ridiculous winter games.

Guess who owns the rival company? Her. And she’s out to get me.

I might just let her win.

*Field-Tripped is Book 3 in the in the Ad Agency Series and can be read as a standalone. Some characters cross over from books one and two in the series, Road-Tripped and Head-Tripped.

Field-Tripped (Ad Agency Series Book 3) by Nicole Archer 5 Stars This book was so much fun! Although it had parts that got really serious because of events in the past, the present was hilarious. We get to check back in with Skip and the ad agency he inherited, the one he could lose if he doesn't start getting some clients. This story revolves around Eli, the graphic designer for Shimura and Charlie, who owns Orion, a rival ad agency. These two have a history that goes back many years, a history that ended in heartbreak and anger that has lingered for both of them through all the years. The two ad agencies are pitted against each other for a potential client, Proton Sports and they travel to Colorado, a place Eli swore he would never return to. They engage in a hilarious competition that resembles a winter olympics of sorts. The two teams both full of misfits go up against each other in totally off the wall events. This part of the book gave me so many reasons to laugh, it was so much fun. Watching Eli and Charlie interact after all the years of hurt was written perfectly. The reasons for their problems were heart breaking and as the truth started coming out it became very clear that most of their problems were based off of misunderstandings, yet the events that occurred make it hard for these two to even come close to trusting each other again. I absolutely love this author, I love her style, and the way she words things, it makes her words flow smoothly and before you know it you have finished the book you feel as though you just started, and her characters are so loveable. I recommend this book highly, actually this whole series, it’s awesome!!
