With his infallible power of speech, unfailing voice and peculiar thoughts, Osho has captivated the highly intellectual people.  This book is the collection of 22 of his selected lectures.  Actually, calling them lecture is an injustice to them, they are a blend of lectures and legends, they blend together all the qualities of these two forms. Once we start reading this book, we will not be able to notice the time that is passing, we will be lost in it.  The title itself is a symbol that Osho considers everything from a different angle.  In this book, he intersected the word `religion`.  He admits to being religious though.  For him true religiousness lies in being good, and having a perfect conduct.  Have we understood it earlier? Religion has affected the public opinion tremendously.  It has influenced the society with views like god, sin and virtue, heaven and hell, resolution of mind, sacrifice, etc.  Naturally, such a person will find Osho`s thoughts rebellious.  It is impossible to come up with such thoughts unless one has studied pervasively, contemplated in depth and has immense intelligence.  The peculiar features of Osho"s lectures are his sweet language with continuous flow, humour, and the jokes that he tells in between.  Reading the book is like having a conversation with him in real.  Even after completing the book we hear his dialogues in our mind.  We keep on floating in the same environment for a long time.

Main Mrityu Sikhata Hoon, by Osho, is an enlightening collection of his lectures about death and meditation practices. Osho was one of the most controversial spiritual gurus of his times. He has spoken about pretty much everything about life. Death was also referred to in most of his lectures. This book brings you his thoughts about death. He prefers not to glorify death unlike we usually do, as he asserts that death does not exist, and it is life that exists. Hence, he says, that we should live life in such wonderful ways that death shouldn’t be a matter of concern to us. A must read for Osho’s followers and those who wish to acquire new perspectives on life and death.

अस्तित्वाची लय – ओमकार!Guru Nanak was an enlightened mystic, and the founder of Sikhism. Nanak made his sadhana, his practice, out of song. Nanak's words are the words of a poet, a bard and a lover of beauty.'Ek Onkar Satnam' is the essence of Japuji Sahib - the message of Nanak that emerged as the religion of Sikhism. Indeed, 'Ek Onkar Satnam' is the heartbeat of Nanak, and Japuji Sahib is the fragrance of the inner flowering. 'Ek Onkar Satnam', Osho's series of preachings on nanak-vani, is an utterly remarkable book. It's an extraordinary compilation of the twenty preachings given by Osho on Guru Nanak Dev ji's Japuji. In the book, it's as if Nanak Dev has manifested again in the 21st century, and has breathed new life into his own sutras through Osho's mouth. The Japuji Sahib contains the very first words Guru Nanak Dev uttered after self-realization. In 'Ek Onkar Satnam', Osho interprets and elaborates on Nanak's songs of devotion, while sharing timeless wisdom about the nature of singing, devotion, love, religion, and the different paths to flourishing consciousness.'Ek Onkar Satnam' helps us understand Guru Nanak's vision in our own way. While the focus of the book is complex, Osho is able to articulate these complex ideas through simple stories. The ideas get heavy at times, but he always brings in a fun and relevant story to drive the point home.

When the common man is crushed under sorrow, he blames God for his misfortune. But Meera thanks Him. "You liberated me from all entanglements," she says. "You engineered all this so that I can worship You". She does no realize when she has lost herself completely in this worship. Worship of God for her is worship of Lord Krishna and none other. She can totally surrender to Him who had come down as an incarnation twentyfive thousand years ago. Such devotion attracts ridicule, stigma and also attempts to kill such a devotee. Despite this the pleasant, peaceful, beatific smile never leaves her. We have never seen Meera, but in our mind's eye, her image lingers. The Meera depicted by sculptors fills our imagination. 'Yes, this is how Meera must have looked – blissful, beautiful, and unaware of the world around her and one with her Krishna'.
