About the author
Paulene Turner is a Sydney-based writer and the author of Heartbeats, short stories with a dash of love, for adults. She has also written a 6-book YA series called The Time Travel Chronicles.
A graduate of Faber Academy's Writing a Novel course, she has worked as a journalist in London and Australia.
She lives in Sydney with her husband, twin daughters and twin pugs, Holmes and Watson.
