very powerful information, just remember. when reading self-help books like this, you're probably not going to use or agree 100% with the material. take the gold nuggets out that you feel will push you to your goals. the author did a very good job categorizing the information to make it easier to act on.

when i thought it'll be vice of the book,sadly its a great book I've read so far,my mentality has improved and I've been feeling guilty whenever i start something and don't finish it😆 I'm enjoying this book maan❤️

Learning alot on how to improve my mental ability to start and finish anything that I do. I tend to struggle to find the commitment to continue and push through. I'm hoping the important notes in this book will aid me, in finding the right balance to fully focus on my dreams and achieve them.
