I tend to read longer novels, but this intrigued me because I'm a fan of Tiffany Reisz, whose story here is as sexy as I expected it to be. What intrigued me is that I found myself caring about the characters, not just about how they got off, but caring about who they were and their feelings. This book is hot, of course, but also gave me a lot to think about. I especially liked Demimonde, even though I don't tend to read much historical fiction, because it made me feel for the character and how she reconciled her desire with the times she lived in. I also liked Starstruck, because who wouldn't want to live out a sexy fantasy with their favorite actor? Some stories spoke to me more than others, but overall there are many I plan to read again, like "Two Doms for Dinner," which was just delicious and playful.
