Robert Rosen is a Professor of Law at the University of Miami. He earned his A.B. and law degrees at Harvard and his Ph.D. in sociology from Berkeley. He has written numerous articles and book chapters on lawyer roles and legal ethics, corporate governance, and the sociology of law.
