About the author

 Robert Frankovich has over three decades of training in Song Moo Kwan Taekwondo. He is the Master Instructor of Pine Tree Taekwondo. He started researching his lineage and developing the applications within the hyungs. His martial arts experience also includes the Korean sword art, Haidong Gumdo, and the Japanese art, Aikido.
