Behind His Smile by Rylie Dark is the second book in the Casey Faith Suspense Thriller series, and it has that addictive small-town mystery vibe. It starts with what seems like a simple shark attack, but Casey realizes there’s more to it. The twists keep coming, and the suspense builds in a way that makes it hard to put down. Some readers love the tension and character dynamics, but a few say it falls back on some predictable tropes. It's an engaging twisty read if you're into thrillers.

Very gripping and unusual storyline. Although the main character has also got a sibling murdered in the past. This seems to be a normal author's story writing with today's books. Why oh why ?
