About this ebook

Echo Adler hates Reign Davidson. He’s the reason the love of her life left her all alone and broken hearted two years ago.

So it should be easy to stay away.

It should be easy to not dream about his dark and mean eyes, or his cruel but sexy smirks. It should be easy to not think about the guy who ruined her happily ever after.

Only it’s not.

Sometimes his intense stares make her heart race, and those smirks of his make her breathless.

But it needs to stop.

Because she has a mission: to get back together with her ex-boyfriend. And Echo will be damned if she keeps dreaming about Reign.

The guy who not only makes her sick with hate but who also happens to be her ex’s best friend.

Note: This is a standalone set in the world of St. Mary's.

I don’t know why I love to read enemies to lovers romance, but I definitely do. I would never put up with the kind of stuff that goes on in these types of stories, but for some reason I devour them! Reign and Echo meet when she’s 12. Their meeting, although brief, was meaningful to each of them. They continue to think of the other when they would go long periods of times without seeing each other.

4.4 stars This book was a surprise. When it was first announced that this was going to be a continuation of St. Mary's with a character that wasn't a main character from the first four books, I was confused. I had thought that it would dive into the Bardstown Boys since they had been first introduced In Calliope's story. I will be honest and say that I wasn't fully invested in this story because I wanted the brother's stories. However, after reading this, I am glad that it was part of St. Mary'

I knew that Reign and Echo were going to be amazing and I wasn't disappointed! I loved how they met and they're incredible dynamic. Reign was the epitome of bad boy but he has so much more to him when you peel back those layers. He loves hard and fiercely. Echo was the sweetest and I appreciated that she saw the best in Reign beyond the facade he put on for everyone. This book was filled with the teenage angst I've come to expect from this author but I was here for it! Loved every minute!
