About the author

Sandhya Deshpande is a dedicated, innovative science teacher who has a multifaceted personality. Her father being in defence helped her travel extensively right from her childhood. She is an all-rounder having many hobbies to keep her hyperactive personality engaged like reading, writing, painting, singing, drama, cooking, knitting, stitching to name a few. She puts her heart and soul in everything she does, crowned as an orator of town, she has conducted workshops for teachers, been invited as a judge for debates, science exhibitions, etc. Her passion includes value-based teaching, counselling the parents, writing articles for newspapers, newsletters of national repute. Her paper was adjudged as the best paper and was published in a national journal. She is married to Shri. Sanjay Deshpande. Her son Yug is a graduate and daughter Shiwali is in the eleventh standard. She is full of life and energy and loves to spread happiness with her extremely good sense of humour and wit.
