I just finished the series. It was beautiful. I loved getting to know her characters and seeing through their perspectives. Only a fantastic writer can make you care for each one, with all their flaws and differences, and make their intertwining stories seamless. The evolution of the main character as she rises to what she needs to become is so artfully done. I love the grit and beauty of this series. It's truly one of the best fantasy fiction series I've ever experienced. A wild adventure. And for those who are like me who need to know, her dog doesn't die.

I have never had a book make me cry so much, in the best way. This is the perfect ending to a very magically made series, and my only disappointment is that Aelin's story will not continue with pages.

OMG, this book was so good but so very traumatic at the same time. so many twists and turns. Kept thinking, how the hell are they getting out of this new pickle? At almost 1000 pages, it seemed like a hefty read, but honestly, there was so much going on it felt like it went by do quickly. It's such a good final book in an epic series.
