I enjoyed reading how Aelin resolved many of the complex relationships in her adventures. It was also interesting to read more about many of the less central characters stories. Good read, but will want to read the other books in the series first.

Really good series so far, but I'm really not liking the 50 shades of gray feel I got towards the end. If the next book in the series follows the same course, I probably won't be able to finish it.

I found the book to start off a little slow, but the ending was explosive. After finishing it, it was very clear that the "slow start" was filled with details and building to an amazing ending that tied everything in together sp wonderfully. This book was filled with so much emotion and suspense. I actually re-red the last hundred or so pages because it was so wonderfully done. This is easily one of the best books I've read.
