Nach § 3 Abs. 2 EG-Verbraucherschutzdurchsetzungsgesetz (VSchDG) berichtet die Zentrale Verbindungsstelle den für den Verbraucherschutz zuständigen obersten Landesbehörden jährlich umfassend und in anonymisierter Form über die im Zusammenhang mit dem VSchDG empfangenen und weitergeleiteten Ersuchen um Amtshilfe und Informationsaustausch.
