In Crank we get to see how a grown up Deliliah and Blake are trying to adapt with changes that are happening all around them. Blake's self-worth issues still plague him and Deliliah has done everything in her power to make him see himself through her eyes. This is easily one of the best novels I've read so far this year. The love and angst are so realistic that you can't help but root for the couple.

I think this book is Shauna's best yet. The book is hard to put down and so emotional. Make sure you have tissues handy. Blake and Delilah have been married for 10 years when Delilah files for divorce. Blake after receiving the papers refuses to sign them and can't understand why he has them. Can the two of them work out their differences and get back to the happy couple they once were? Read the book today to find out. I loved every minute of thsi book. I can't wait to read the next one.

This book picks up ten years after Burnout ended. (It isn’t necessary to read Burnout, but it will enhance the story.) Blake and Delilah are struggling in their marriage. Delilah doesn’t feel like she is getting what she needs from Blake. Blake still struggles with issues from his past. The story follows them as they try to work through their issues and get back to the happy couple they once were. There are some really heartbreaking moments in this book so have some tissues handy! All of the secondary characters introduced have me intrigued and I can’t wait for their stories! Shauna Allen knows how to write a book you don’t want to put down!

Shauna grew up an only child with two open and loving parents in Central Texas. She’s married to her high school sweetheart and is the mother to three awesome teenagers, including one she’s about to send off to the Air Force.
