About the author

St. John was an archbishop of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia (ROCOR). He served in Shanghai and San Francisco, where his relics lie incorrupt. He reposed in 1966. 

During his lifetime and after his repose, he was and is a wonderworker, ascetic and filled with the love of Christ for his flock.
