About this ebook

The second book in Suzanne Collins's phenomenal and worldwide bestselling Hunger Games trilogy.

Against all odds, Katniss Everdeen has won the annual Hunger Games with fellow district tribute Peeta Mellark. But it was a victory won by defiance of the Capitol and their harsh rules. Katniss and Peeta should be happy. After all, they have just won for themselves and their families a life of safety and plenty. But there are rumors of rebellion among the subjects, and Katniss and Peeta, to their horror, are the faces of that rebellion. The Capitol is angry. The Capitol wants revenge.

Bought this book yesterday and read all 400 pages in just over a day. The book is really easy to read and will keep you in until you are done. I read this bc the 2nd movie is coming out and i read the 1st book just before the movie came out. I want to read the 3rd now but will try to wait until 3rd movie comes out. YOU WILL NOT REGRET BUYING THIS BOOK

One thing I have to say, I was deeply satisfied with the ending of this book. The first book ended in such a way that I was bothered by it and itchy for the next book. With the end of Catching Fire, I felt it was absolutely right and thrilled with the conclusion. But I'm still dying for the third and final book of this amazing book series.

Even though this book in my opinion was the worst of the series, it was still amazing. This book, although started off slow and unentertaining, made for an amazing sequel to its predecessor. By the end of the book, I was held in a trance attempting to find out what happens to katniss, the districts, and Peeta. I immediately picked up the third installment. I truly look forward to reading more from you.
