Über Pornographie wird gerade vor dem Hintergrund ihrer popkulturellen Normalisierung heftig gestritten. Zugleich mangelt es aber bislang an einer gesellschaftstheoretischen Durchdringung des Phänomens der zeitgenössischen Hardcore-Pornographie. Anstatt fruchtlose moralische Debatten fortzuspinnen, stellt Sven Lewandowski die Frage nach dem Verhältnis der modernen Gesellschaft zu ›ihrer‹ Pornographie auf neue Weise. Aus soziologischen, psychoanalytischen und systemtheoretischen Perspektiven zeigt er, dass Pornographie von latenten Bedeutungsgehalten lebt und den Wandel des Sexuellen sowohl reflektiert als auch vorantreibt.
About the author
Sven Lewandowski (Dr. phil.) ist Soziologe und leitet an der Universität Bielefeld das DFG-Projekt Die Praxen der Amateurpornographie. Er ist zudem Mitglied des Wissenschaftlichen Beirats der Zeitschrift für Sexualforschung. Seine Forschungsschwerpunkte sind Sexualsoziologie, Soziologische Theorie und Systemtheorie.
