Dr. Sviatoslav Steve Seteroff has a Doctor of Business Administration (Management) from Nova Southeastern, and he is retired as the founder and President/CEO of Management & Logistics Assoc., Inc., a company that specialized in leadership and management issues, development of custom database applications, and providing front-end logistics support services. His dissertation was on the topic of voluntary employee turnover among well-educated, highly skilled professionals. Dr. Seteroff is also an adjunct professor in leadership, management, economics, project management, and other business subjects. He is an experienced doctoral mentor and teaches internationally in Mexico and China.
