Anika’s mom got it all wrong. “Expectation is planned disappointment.” Nope, I had high expectations for Whiskey and he met them all. Sybil is a master of sizzling hot, fast paced, suspenseful works of art and Whiskey is no exception. I could not put this book down! Whiskey fulfills all my dreams of a protective alpha with a big heart. I felt for Anika! She has a hard upbringing and then has her life thrown into shambles again, heartbreaking!! But Whiskey gives her lots to look forward to!

WOW! this book was un-put-down-able good. She didn't forget any details, told both POVs with such passion, expressing the feelings and thought processes in exquisite characteristics of them. Using the jargon of the virtuoso with respect as if being a musician. I was in complete awe of the story and back stories of both characters! BRAVO

This one pulled me right in. The romance had the perfect mix of heat and heart without skimping on the action. Definitely one of those books you keep flipping pages on but don’t want to end too quickly.
