It is a great book to read if you are wholesaling. It is full of information vital to wholesaling. I have learned a lot from reading this book. I will read it again and again to familiarize myself about wholesaling. It opened up my eyes to the world of wholesaling. Now I know the steps that are involve in wholesaling. I gained a lot of tips on where to look for potential deals. I learned where to look for people whom are going to be beneficial to my start up wholesaling business. I would recommend this book to anyone who is planing to wholesale. I recommend people to read it first because it will guide and answer questions on how to go through the deals from the beginning to closing a deal. Great book.
