In einem weiteren Schritt werden Zukunftsperspektiven für Deutschland thematisiert und Folgen der Bevölkerungsentwicklung, besonders im Hinblick auf die sozialen Systeme, aufgezeigt. Schlussendlich erfolgt eine politische Betrachtung der Lösungsvarianten.
