A great step-by-step guide to eating right and losing weight while no sacrificing flavorful foods. Focused on whole foods and supplementation whole progressively phasing out processed foods. Included are specific foods and meals to eat. A great book for someone who knows little about how to lose weight and eating optimally to the more knowledgeable dieter looking to lose weight while rebooting and keeping it off. Best of all it is a quick read for those who don't like reading.

Easy to follow, easy to adapt, easy to understand - the book guides you in a step by step process to take out harmful and processed foods from your diet and replace with a healthier foods that organically leads to natural weight loss. This is easy diet modification for overall healthier living. You won't go hungry, you won't be limited to certain food groups or bland meals. You will feel better, look better and have more energy.
