learn many things from this book. We can start from ourselves to changing our life. I love tips at the end of each chapter that is very helpful and I pick up something for trial and it's work.

Great read. You learn alot and it puts things into perspective. A must read if your looking for lifestyle change, or looking to improve your health and fitness.

Rather than follow the next fad starvation diet this has a lot of useful small changes that I hope will help me to get where I need to be.

Tom is a Senior Scientist and Advisor to Gallup, where he previously spent 13 years leading the organization's work on employee engagement, strengths, and wellbeing.
