When I first heard, "lose belly bloat in 5 days". I said to myself, ok I'm about to starve and over exert myself. But, instantly I was shocked. Easy to accomplish for anyone, even if you have little to no experience in working out, controling bad eating habits, or have a slow matabolisem. Coach T’s e-book has inspired me to pay closer attention to my water intake. Before, I started with the intermittent fasting and water consumption I never realized how much snacking I did each day. I was drinking very little water. Now after the e-book I have changed by habit and I have replaced juices and soft drinks with water. I am now limiting what I eat and I have a better routine of when I eat. I have seen a better improvement in my desire to exercise. My goal is continue with this boost to eat healthy and stay healthy.

I loved this book, it makes you want more when I was reading it; gives you what you need to lose belly fat. You have to get this book and follow what she says for 5 days; you will get results. She always say you can’t out exercise a bad diet and this books tells us what a a good diet could do for a main trouble spot for women and men. Please purchase it, don’t leave knowledge on the table.
