Ratings and reviews

Decent plot and world building marred by geographic and continuity glitches. EXAMPLE - Blade's sister has black hair in one chapter, she's blonde in the next one.

I didn't like this book at first and figured that I picked a dud. Then things got interesting. The main characters are flawed and there is a lot more to their stories that can be flushed out, along with the side characters. The ending was not so great, but I will be reading the sequel for sure. 9/10 stars.

One more wonderful series from a very talented writer! The story is so original that it hooked me from the very beginning and I could not put it down. The world that she has built are full of the most wonderful characters. I easily become invested in the trials and triumphs. One of my favorite authors!!
