After all the visiting relatives of the deceased were gone and Johnny locked the cemetery gate, he would go inside his trailer that he lived in at the cemetery, get his lantern and a book and sit down by a grave of a recent deceased person and read stories to them. Johnny thought the dead person could hear what he was saying more clearly by not burying their casket so deep, but Johnny was unaware that he was in for a big surprise for not burying the dead at the right depth. Johnny took such good care of the dead he would make sure they were dressed properly for their burial and polish the casket. Johnny would even pose in pictures with the deceased to put in his photo album. Sometimes Johnny would even dig up the bodies and sit them up in their casket and talk to them about the stories he read to them. Johnny didn't realize he was playing with fire for disturbing their final resting place.
Cemetery of the Living Dead written by Drac Von Stoller will be made into a Short Film in February 2015 and will be seen during the Halloween season in 2015.
The only entertainment the town of Doomsville had was the circus which brought in the majority of the towns money, but since the owner died while he was home trying to enjoy a quiet evening, turned quickly into a deadly one because one of his neighbors broke into his home looking for food and money. The circus owner wasn’t the sharing type so he was ordered to get on his knees and still wouldn’t give in so the neighbor put the end of the cold shotgun barrel against his face and blew his head off his shoulders.
The town’s cemetery was running out of places to bury their dead so graves had to be dug up and coffins were stacked on top of one another as a solution.
A businessman by the name of Jack Wilson who was staying at a motel in Doomsville paid a visit to the run down circus which brought back wonderful memories as a child when he used to go to the circus on a regular basis in his hometown. He was saddened to see it going to ruin so he had this brainstorm of an idea that he would invest the majority of the money he had set back for early retirement, and bring this gem back to life once again, and save the town from total destruction but he had no idea what he was getting himself into.

“A dark, luscious feast of a book... Allen has created a fantastic world of fantasy and horror like a Bosch painting, like a Shostakovitch symphony—something out of a beautiful nightmare.”
“Exploding with magic, music, and violence, this short novel has the magical feel of an old school suspenseful fantasy adventure as filtered through the eyes of H.R. Giger.”

The Red Empress is the only home Erzelle has known since the day her family was lured aboard and murdered, victims of a grisly ritual meant to make the elite immortal. Erzelle plays her harp for the diners inside this ghoul-infested riverboat, knowing her own death looms, escaping through the music that’s all she has left of her parents.
Her nightmare’s upended in the space of a day by the arrival of Olyssa, a fellow musician, but so much more.
Erzelle is swept up in Olyssa’s quest to find her ensorcelled sister Lilla, a journey across a mutated landscape that leads them to an enemy responsible for the deaths of millions. To stop the slaughter of countless more, the pair has no choice but to draw on the deadly magics that reshaped the world ... a power that’s as dangerous to its wielders as it is to its foes, one that’s killing Erzelle even as she fights to control it.

After he manages to save a top Terran official from an extremist plot, however, the only way to avoid the spotlight is to get offplanet. So he pulls some strings and gets shipped to one of the small moons of Mars to help unravel a mystery.
Some people at the research station on Phobos---Mars's smallest moon---have been killed, and it seems like the culprit is a native life form. The first military team sent in quickly discovered just how lethal the Phobos beast could be.
Brogue, however, doesn't focus on the dust clouds and barren rock that compose the beast's lair but rather turns his attention to the high-tech research facility and its crew.
He soon learns that there's no such thing as a safe haven from political upheaval.
