Cartea amintește în prima parte,  câteva chestiuni esențiale și acceptate în prezent, asupra indo-­europenilor. Autorul argumentează credibil de ce aceste populații au fost localizate în urmă cu aproximativ 6000 de ani, în zona central estică a Europei (România, Ungaria, Serbia), iar limba româna este cea care a păstrat cele mai multe elemente ale limbajului original. Se fac sugestii pentru etimologia lui ”român”, ”lei”, cioban”, ”oaie”, ”sport” , ”oină” etc. și utilizând o bibliografie amplă în limba engleză, sunt scoase în evidență sunetele proto-limbajului indo-european. Se identifică asupra subiectului, relatări din antichitate, ce stabilesc cu o oarecare exactitate, denumirea și locul de origine (Platon). Autorul exemplifică transliterarea hieroglifelor hitite și un descântec țigănesc, alăturat locului de proveniență al etniei și justificarea numelui pe care aceștia și-l atribuie.  În partea a II-a a cărții autorul observă  că, indo-­europenii au o parte a populației specializată pentru război, iar pregătirea acestuia presupunea însușirea de tehnici de luptă corp la corp și fără arme, răspândite mai apoi prin Anatolia în India și Asia. Sunt amintite 8 posibile tehnici inițiale.

Owns a Ph.D. in philosophy and a practice as lawyer since 1996. In 2004 he contributed as a sole specialist in setting up a professional association at national level and he set up a private court in association with 1,200 lawyers in 2013. Over the years, he promoted various new methods to improve the practice of law by writing books on the basic legal citation of judicial texts, and in particular on the theory of the judicial precedent, to ensure equality of rights. The interest of the topic was generated by the study of conjunctions that made possible the emergence of the current system of jurisdiction and the intent that leads to the violation of the rule of law. The author has an interest in the history that made possible the current social perception.
