Omnibus volume 1 & 2 where nothing I ever expected. Coming into the series for the first time holding memories of the movies from my childhood. The book shared a very opposite tone of humor but kept it comical the whole way; how only the mask could.

BEST VERSION OF THE MASK!!!when I was a kid I was a big fan of the Jim Carrey movie The Mask,but now I'm a fan of The Mask from the comic😎

The movie was okay and definitely for kids but this is the exact opposite of the movie. LOTS AND LOTS OF BLOOD!!!
