The rest are just basics anatomy theory that are widely available on the internet, which are both lackluster and poorly interpreted (e.g. Dynamic-pose examples of the body are nowhere to be found, Provide examples of common hand, and foot poses but does not go into details on how each pose should be formed from basic shapes and ratios, etc.). Moreover, this ebook gives the impression of an amateur's self-publish cash-grab attempt without proper editing (e.g. pages contain little to no information, most of the pages are half-blank, page-break are used indiscriminately, etc.). I sincerely advise everyone to NOT waste your money on this article.
