This is a spooky quick read. The story is well written and so are the characters. I enjoyed reading. I recommend reading. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Well for starters, it was well written. The title being "The Shopkeep" had me expecting them to enter, be terrified by a guy who owned the shop, it turns out to be a misunderstanding and everything is alright in the end... Well, you certainly subverted my expectations. I think the scariest part is how the ending not only catches you off guard, but also gives no clear idea of how it happened, but also makes it clear of what happened exactly. Good thing I downloaded the other books before reading this one. And I'm certainly hoping there will be more! This story definitely deserves the five stars

This is a quick read that will scare the pants off of you! Great story, typically stupid characters, and incredibly frightening monsters. What more could you possibly want! Recommended to horror fans everywhere. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
