It is a good book that provides readers rich ideas in human communication. If every human has read and applied idea in the book, everyday encounter problems in human society would be reduced dramatically. Although ideas are so great in this book, precise guidances and how-to need readers' intellectual to apply to their own perspective businesses, in which it is sometimes difficult to practice the ideas in this book.

This book's biggest selling point is that it might be considered to be seminal (ahead of its time). The anecdotes, while interesting, sound dated, which is not surprising. It is 'refreshingly quaint' in is old world optimism and positivity, but one wonders how much its content applies to our modern world. To summarize, well written and fascinating from a historical perspective.
