It was the great American economic treatise, and it still holds up after all these years. The date of publication is 1915. It is a massive book at 530 pages.</p>

<p>Recall that Fetter is the thinker who upheld the time-preference theory of interest, someone whose writing Rothbard had interest in. He certainly stands with the Austrians in the broadest sense.</p>
