My Gradients by Alisha Sharma is a collection of poetry and also contains a few quotes. The poems are written in a very simple and subtle way. Each poem is very well versed. Most of the poems are about self-realization and self-love. A unique way of describing love in language of an engineer to explaining one the power of self-realization, the book engrosses many beautiful poems. The poems are short and some free versed. The book contains 30 poems. The use of metaphors adds to the beauty and simplicity of the thought behind the poem. The writings are bit amateur but yet soulful. The poems I liked are # Art stole hearts # Physics Love # Fading charisma The quote I loved; “I want to be your specs So that you can see through me.” Over all a nice cute short read.
