congratulation for a such good breifing, but still there are some things need to corrected, like yogi's diet have to be veg.,if we cannot control our Tongue(taste) , then how you can take this endevour, how you can control your pran, and ahimsa is the essential part of yoga sutras. but overall very good. I bought the physical copy over a year ago and used the exercises to get rid of the sever neck and back pain that I was suffering from after years of strength training. Every time I stop practising yoga, the pain would eventually start to come back within two months. I love this book and highly recommend it to anyone wanting to get in shape or to rid themselves of any chronic pain.
