Janet E. Wall, Ph.D., was manager of the ASVAB Career Exploration Center at the Defense Manpower Data Center (Department of Defense). She has also served as president of the Association for Assessment in Counseling and Education (AACE). Currently she is a consultant on instructional, testing, and career issues for the US Department of Defense, Department of Education, Department of Labor, and other federal government agencies. Among her many awards is the Commander’s Award of the US Military Entrance Processing Command, the agency that directs the activities of all recruiters for the U.S. military.
