I thoroughly enjoyed this story! It pulled me in from beginning to end and I love the best friend's sibling trope and this one does it well. I loved the added twist of it being enemy to lovers and second chance as Rhys just doesn't give up. I loved that. Hayden has quite a few doubts when they get together and when things get screwed up that's all she expected but Rhys steps up and fights for her and what they could truly have and I loved it. This story was great! Can't wait for more.

They spend most of the book taking breaks, total mistrust and dumping each other. I was really frustrated with this one. Haven is served child support papers meant for her boyfriend Rhys. Rhys is a player who was never faithful or serous, just a serious player and yet he expected Haven to implicitly trust that this kid wasn’t his, even though he did hookup with Cathy a couple of weeks in college. Paternity test and all…to top it off. Haven thinks she pregnant and when she tells Rhys,

I always enjoy JH Croix 's books and I totally enjoyed Rhys & Haven’s story. These two are so good for each other. He's her brothers best friend. She had a crush on him when she was young. When they meet again after years not seeing each other, sparks fly. But it takes them awhile to figure things out and get to their HEA. This book grabbed me from the beginning and left me with a smile.
