This was such an easy yet endearing story. I loved how both Evie & Slater overcame their vulnerabilities & insecurities, they learned to accept their feelings, & they finally started to openly communicate. They had such a sweet connection as friends, which sizzled as they grew closer. I also loved the found family group within the resort. The support & camaraderie between them was beautiful. This is sweet, steamy, swoony & romantic, with humour, drama & angst. A wonderful easy read.

#Resort Kiss is book 5 in the Lakeview Harbor series by Samantha Chase and a great addition to this series After being dumped Evie decides she needs time away and decides Lakeview Harbor Resort is where she goes to regroup. Evie runs in to Slater who works at Lakeview and her boss’s friend and what happens next is hidden feelings, twists, turns, friends to lovers and the final book in this series.
