This duo left me howling with laughter, and utterly bereft when their story ended. I loved Darby and Gabe. I love that they give us a twist on age-gap romance, even if it isn’t much of a gap at all. I love how they’re so different from each other and yet absolutely perfect together. They gave me all the angst and drama of the worst best reality television and made my happy heart sigh in pleasure. I hate, completely hate, that their story is over already. I am in no way ready to let this pair go. I received a complimentary copy of this book through Booksprout.

This was a nice twist to the fake boyfriend request. I loved Gabe and how he was up to the challenge. I was kind of thinking maybe I need my own fake bad boyfriend. The chemistry was amazing and the story has the laughs, the family, the steam.

If you're looking for a Christmas present for yourself, I would highly recommend this book.I purchased it because of the cover, but the story had me hooked before the first chapter was read.I always enjoy a book that has the perspective of both characters. Lots of Christmas cheer and family interaction, with just the right amount of spice. Looking forward to more of this series.
