This book kept my interest from start to finish! I usually put my phone on auto read while I'm laying down to go to sleep and drift off to the story. Typically I don't care if I've missed a significant portion of the story but with this one I HAD to go back to my last visually read page and start from there.

Magic and science bring you an amazing story of what could be. To live forever as a healthy human. To see things never seen before. The experience of a life time.

I am surprised the main character doesnt strain a calf muscle, jumping in and out of so many beds. Is anyone with that level of education really that immature? Less sex and more action.

John and Shelia met on Internet and crossed the Atlantic several times to be together. After living in London for six years they finally returned in 2008 to John's home area in the North to pursue a career in writing. Shelia came up with the original concept featuring a doctor who develops a cure for death. John did much of the research needed for 'A Vested Interest', wrote the technical bits and after thinking about it for almost a year wrote the ending... or at least that was the plan.

At over 700 pages the first edition of A Vested Interest was just too big. No agent or publisher would touch it. It was cut it extensively and then split it into two books. The second book was now too small so more was added. Eventually the second book had to be split also. So it continued, 14 books later the series continues and the ending still hasn't been used.
