Loved it! The Internet Chapter is what intrigued me the most. I'm a Korean-American and your facts to speak of Japanese and Korean cultures as one is a huge mistake. It's rude to look at someone in the eye if you were Japanese, NOT Korean. If you can change that for your next version.

Great book on consumer behavior and retailing environment. Filled with common sence (which is not that common IMHO)
