Kulsum Fatima is an architect, Living Building Accredited Professional, LEED AP, and International Associate of the American Institute of Architects. She currently serves as an Assistant Professor in Architecture at Jamia Millia Islamia University in Delhi, India. her expertise lies in the of green-certified buildings, campuses and communities, including first LEED-certified school facility in Asia. In her capacity as the thematic lead on water for the prestigious National Sectoral Steering Committee for the Habitat Sector, under the Technology Information, Forecasting and Assessment Council (TIFAC), Department of Science and Technology, Govt. Of India, her work was dedicated to contributing towards India's UNFCCC obligation.
