About the author

Sue Robins is a health care activist, speaker and author. She has written for The New York Times, Canadian Medical Association Journal and The Globe and Mail. 

Her first book, Bird’s Eye View: Stories of a life lived in health care is a poignant memoir of her experience as a caregiver and cancer patient. Ducks in a Row: Health Care Reimagined - available in January 2022 - is based on Sue's work life in patient engagement, and provides insights and practical information for those who want real change in health care.
