This book is timeless!! I've used it several times when I needed to refocus my life, energy, & direction. Each time I do this book I have amazing results. I've had it since 1998 & I've read/done the book 3 times. AMAZING! I highly highly recommend it!!

This is a book you get for yourself and then one as a graduation present for the young kids today. I keep this in my library to refer back as a refresher, and reminder.
