Sedona Venez really gets the ball rolling with this look into Black Ridge Forest and its community. Imani is a strong-willed drifter looking to belong and for somewhere to feel safe. After running for her life from a scary monster, she meets Quinn, the town mayor. Immediately, they feel an undeniable pull and thrill for each other. I loved seeing their relationship progress and dealing with a wolf-shifter stalker obsessed with Quinn, along with people afraid of hybrids like Imani.

Quinn is the alpha of his pack in Alaska. But the wolves are all under the curse of turning into feral wolves of they funny find their fated mate.
