About this ebook

At the request of Lady Harcourt, Charlie and Lincoln begin searching for her missing stepson. Still recovering from her ordeal at the hands of a diabolical villain, Charlie is supposed to be resting. But resting is dull, so she throws herself into the task at hand, much to Lincoln's frustration.

The search leads them down a dark path littered with family secrets and titillating scandal. Using her necromancy to expose those secrets, Charlie unwittingly raises a spirit with the power to override her control. With a dead body on the loose in London, Charlie and Lincoln must work together to send it back before havoc is unleashed, and the committee members find out.

Because if they do, they will have more ammunition in their fight to send Charlie away from her home and everyone she loves.

Love the story line so far, even though Charlie some times pisses me off the way she acts sometimes, but she is young, so its expected. I did notice a few errors with this ebook, mostly Gus appearing out of nowhere when it should have been Seth helping her out the window, so I have no idea how Gus materialized in there. And a missing F in off, but beyond those little booboos; I highly recommend reading it. Lincoln and Charlie FINALLY move along their awkward relationship.

I started reading this book last night and finished it in less than 24 hours. Charlie and Lincoln are as witty and sharp-tongued as the previous books and the chemistry between them is palpable. I highly recommend reading the series this book belongs to anything else by this author, you won't be disappointed.

It's hard to write a review of a book in the middle of a series without giving away spoilers, or repeating the same general praises over and over again. All I can say is if you enjoyed either of the first two books--you will love this one. Read it...seriously!
