About this ebook

She could save him or destroy him.

The Whitcombe Legacy: Three brothers, all vampires. For more than a century they've waited to fulfill a prophecy that could restore their humanity.

Jerome Whitcombe has embraced his life as a vampire and has no desire to become human again. But his destiny is about to catch up with him . . . in the form of a beautiful woman.

During Hurricane Katrina, Dottie Crawford was kidnapped by the evil vampire, Zurik, and contracted a rare form of sleeping sickness. In the hurricane's aftermath, treatment is impossible. So Julian sends her to his brother and tasks Jerome with Dottie's medical care and safety. But from the moment he sees her, Jerome knows that recovery from her illness is the least of Dottie's concerns. He's drawn to her in the most basic vampiric way--he craves her blood, her energy, her soul.

Before long Jerome is caught in a struggle between the darkness he has come to embrace and his return to humankind. And in the balance hangs the life of the woman he loves . . .

Jerome has no desire to become human again but when Julian gives him the task of Dottie Crawford’s medical care and safety he’s caught in a struggle between the darkness he has come to embrace and his return to humanity in this enthralling paranormal romance. Dottie Crawford was kidnapped by the evil vampire Zurik, suffers from a rare form of sleeping sickness as a result and now finds herself torn between her fear of vampires and her desires for Jerome and the reader can’t help but get caught up in Dottie and Jerome’s emotional turbulence. The attraction between Jerome and Dottie is strong with some hot and steamy sex scenes but the relationship is fraught with some highly tense situations and emotions that keep them from each other and causes some heated clashes as well. Strong compelling characters grab the reader’s attention from the very beginning as their emotional turmoil grips readers by the heart and the fast paced smooth flowing plot captivates readers with lots of suspense and romance. Expectation builds lots of spine tingling tension as the evil vampires continue to wreak havoc and Zurik continues with his plot to keep the Whitcombe Legacy from being fulfilled which keeps Dottie right in danger’s path just as the legacy itself is causing Jerome personal mayhem. Vivid imagery brings the story to life and makes it easy for the reader to picture every scene as it happens and the intriguing events ensure that there is never dull moment. The Whitcombe triplets are dark and sexy vampires with a special destiny that intrigues readers with possibilities and they have certainly enthralled me and I can’t wait to read all about Jonah’s part in the legacy.
