I can say that, without a doubt, The Selection series is my favorite series of books, from the amazing world history to the incredibly confusing, yet steadily blossoming romance, it's taken the cake. Now I shall be reading this series for the 4th time, and I can't wait to dive back into it.

great book it left me wanting more and also reminded a bit of twilight, which is good since there won't be anymore of that so it gives us another book to try and copy and thrive on. And I'm totally on Maxon's side because he so innocent and considerate and sweet of course so i give a thump's up! BUT DON'T THINK I FORGOT ABOUT APSEN! while america loved him for such an very long time and he was so afficate and care so deeply for her, and they were in deep love he still spoke out of jealousy and hurt america so bad that she could even cope with life in the selection and being an elite BECAUSE OF HIM so he's gonna have to earn back her trust and love because started to brew and you start cooking you can't stop until it's done and it might spoil. But great book Keira Cass loved it can't wait until the squel i recommend Maxon! LOVE DIAMOND STYLES :D

My first impression of this book was very positive. The cover seemed nice and the first pages reminded me of my favorite book, Pride and Prejudice. However, as the story progressed, it seemed to fall into cliché after cliché. America's character is, well, weak, boring and forced. It's like the author is forcing us to like her. The plot has many holes, especially with the history of the country and the rebel attacks. I would recommend this book to an immature reader. This book is all fluff.
