Ratings and reviews

This is the first Nicholas Sparks book I read after watching so many of the films based on his books. At first the book was going like a nice love story, but the end totally killed me..... I expected a story that was more realistic and not as tragic. I'm not saying the book is bad, the Author is great, but the ending could have been different.

This one was quite good but I agree with most of the reviews that the ending frankly sucked. Then again, you knew that it was going to be that way in the end. You will need tissues of course! Tear jerking as always. It wasn't as good as the others, more specifically Safe Haven in my opinion. This is still a great read and worth reading. :)

This is the first book that I have ever read that I was so moved to run to the garbage can and throw this book in. I don't know why I over reacted that way but I had hopes the movie would be better...it wasn't. So many people failed him including her, his 'true love'. Pointless book.
